Check-in

Texas Lions Camp begins each session by officially receiving or checking campers into the program. Only pre-registered campers will be allowed to check-in at the beginning of their session.

Check-in operates between the hours of 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. each Sunday, and is held at the Herb C. Petry Building located in the center of Camp. Parents who wish to arrive prior to 1:00 p.m. will be asked to park in the order that they arrived, and will then begin the check-in process promptly at 1:00. Refreshments are available for those arriving prior to the established check-in period.

Parents will need to ensure that they have informed the Camp of who is authorized to pick their child up from Camp prior to their departure, and that the Camp has the individuals driver's license number or a copy of their I.D.

Note: Please be aware that children with contagious conditions will not be allowed to Check-in the day of their session, until the condition is resolved. Examples include, head lice, fever or other illnesses that pose a risk of infection to others.

Check-Out

At the conclusion of each session, parents have a choice of checking their child out on either Friday evening after the awards ceremony or Saturday morning between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

The awards ceremony on Friday, generally concludes by 8:30 p.m. with check-out immediately following. Please ensure that you are able to present proper ID prior to entering the check-out procedure. Check-out will be held at the Petry Building, where Check-in was held.
