Summer Camp Staff!

Do you really want to spend all summer playing with your Wii™?  We didn’t think so.  Get excited about spending a summer of adventure and fun, making lifelong friendships, gaining life experience, and stepping out of your box…beyond anything you’ve ever imagined!  Not only can TLC help prepare you for the college experience, you’ll have the opportunity to have us help pay for it as well.  That’s right!  In 2007, we gave away $50,000 in college scholarships to our summer staff.  All of this, while helping kids discover their superpowers…what else do you need to know?

We Want You!

Texas Lions Camp is looking for men and women who are passionate about working with kids, ready for challenging new experiences, and will share their enthusiasm for adventure with boys and girls ages 7 to 16 years old.  As a camp counselor, your days are filled with endless rewarding moments.  There is nothing that compares to seeing a child smile because they’ve learned a new skill or achieved a goal in a new activity.  We need motivators, leaders, creators, and most of all people who want to spend their summer helping awesome kids find their superpower.  Most staff will live in a bunkhouse with campers, serving as their leader and big brother/sister.  Your role consists of making sure each camper is embracing the Texas Lions Camp experience and having a great time.  Some staff will serve as activity leaders, providing new skills and helping to expose hidden talents for each group of campers.  This is where your creativity can really shine!
